If the size you are looking for does not appear in the 'Select Size' drop down menu, the item is currently out of stock for the required size. We only display available stock on our website.

There’s no applicable delivery charge. You do not have to pay for the delivery.

We can deliver products only to our flagship store in Mumbai as of now.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address on orders once the checkout process has been completed. Hence, we request you to carefully check your order before clicking 'buy now'.

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Estimated delivery time is provided at the time of placing the order on the checkout page. All delivery times are estimated and are based on working days, this excludes weekends and public holiday.

We are unable to provide exact dates for if or when an item will be restocked in our stores or online. However, we endeavor to make the items available as soon as possible.

We are sorry if we’ve been unable to fulfil your order. Once an order is received, it is entered into our dispatch database. However, on rare occasions the stock for your order may no longer be available and may result in the order being cancelled. You will not be charged for orders that have been cancelled and if you believe that you have been charged, please contact us.

Please note that we are unable to offer alternative items, therefore if the product is no longer available, the item will be cancelled from your order. If the order/item was part of a promotional offer, this could result in the promotion no longer applying to your order.

We do not currently offer exchange of products. You may return the product by placing a return request and either a credit note or a gift card will be issued for the value of the order.

You may place a return request on the website or by contacting the customer care. A return request needs to be placed within 7 days of receiving the order. For more details, refer to the Return Policy.

Please allow 7-10 working days from receipt of your goods at our warehouse for the return to be processed.

You may cancel your order or some items in your order before we bill and ship the items. As a part of our usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation request and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and issue either a gift card or a credit note the entire amount. In case of orders that have already being dispatched, COD orders can be returned at the doorstep and prepaid orders will have to be cancelled on the website.
