Retail Store Policy

  • Footwear purchased from the store can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase at the store itself and not online. Exchanges have to be done from only the same source of purchase.
  • The same can be either exchanged for a different size or a new style, provided if the excess amount (if any) is paid for at the store. If the amount of the alternate product purchased is less than the original amount, a credit note will be issued for the same , the validity of which is 6 months from the date of exchange .
  • The footwear must be in the same condition as it were when purchased. If the footwear is used or damaged, we will not accept it. All tags, shoe bags and packaging must be returned in the same condition.
  • We do not provide any monetary refunds.
  • Pre orders placed at the store will be delivered within 4-6 weeks of purchase depending upon the availability of the footwear in Spain.
