Returns and Refund policy

Terms & Conditions:

In case, you wish to exchange any product, you need to return it within 7 days of delivery.
No Refunds and Exchanges on certain products. Please check individual product pages for more details on each product. Returns and Exchanges are not eligible on sales items.
Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds. A gift card will be provided for the monetary amount. This gift card will be valid for 6 months from the date of refund.
In the case of returns, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase. There will be a seal sticker on the packaging which should not be removed before exchange. If the seal sticker is removed or broken, then the product will not be accepted as a return.
Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted by us and will be returned to you at your expense. No gift card will be issued in this case.
We request you to coordinate with the third-party website or brand retail store for any return or exchange request of the products purchased from them.
Any products purchased from Lodi Retail Store will have to be returned to the place of purchase.
In case of a missing/wrong/damaged product, we request you to get in touch with our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery.

Gift Card: All items purchased from our website can be returned for a gift card within 7 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product will be credited to the gift card which can then be used on your next purchase from our website.

How to use a Lodi Shoes India Gift Card:

Lodi gift card code can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
On the checkout page, you have to apply the gift card code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'
The amount on the gift card will automatically be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
The validity of the gift card is 6 months.
The gift card does not include the shipping fee paid when placing the order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For all CASH ON DELIVERY orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations for PREPAID orders will be issued with a gift card.

ABOUT THE FOOTWEAR

All footwear at Lodi is manufactured using Spanish leather material in Elda Spain. We do not suggest wearing them in and around water.
Varied weather conditions can affect the conditions of the footwear including the accessories that come with it. We request you to store them in a shoe bag which is given with every shoe.
Always dry your feet before wearing your footwear. Wet or moist feet can lead to minor damages in the footwear.
Our footwear does not come with a warranty. The life of the same simply depends upon the wear and tear of the product.
